Just got into an accident and would love to hear opinions on whether the blue or red car is at fault. I’ve asked a lot of friends and family, but all responses seem biased.
Flipped twice after being hit at 80 mph and only had very minor injuries
Yesterday as I’m leaving the gas station an old lady pulls out of a parking lot as I’m going down a street and t bones me causing my escalde to flip 6 times. My car that I loved and was almost paid after only having it 7 months gone in 3 seconds. It sucks losing my car but at least I’m alive. Life is too short
I have to hear back from mechanics but just from looking at the picture do you think this car will be totaled? The front is the where all the damage occurred.
My sister was going straight on the right most lane and passed an intersection on yellow—while a car turned left and T Boned her. If there are no cameras and both drivers don’t claim responsibility, how can we prove who’s at fault? (Northridge, California)
I am wondering how much this would cost to fix?
My friend hit a tree the other night and can’t remember anything rough estimates on how fast he was going?
Hello all! This person with a transport plate was involved in a hit and run with my cousin. After hitting her rental car, they sped off. These are the pictures we got. We think the plate is G5741U. Do you all agree? Any advice or help is very much appreciated!
Hi so i got into accident earlier, i rented a car using my chase sapphire preffered card which covers only physical damage on the car that i rented. So we we're both backing up and i stopped because i noticed he was also backing up, but he kept on going on going until he hit me. I already stopped for about 2-3 sec before he hit me, so we ended up exchanging info/insurance and went on our way since we're in a rush to catch our flight. And I told him that i may be able to cover the damage on my rented car because of my chase card insurance as we both don't want to involve our own personal insurance to avoid both of our rates from going up. And we can settle his car damage personally. But as i was on my way to airport i received an email that he reported the incident to his insurance (statefarm). I received an email from statefarm so i immediately called him if he indeed gave my info to his insurance, he told me that he reported it just for the "record" and he told me that he only gave my id info but not the information of my insurance.
What do you think i should do?
Front tyre burst during a right turn. Kind of funny now that I'm okay.
Hey, had my first crash this morning.
Driver in the white car came into my lane as they were driving in the dip that’s meant for public transportation (notice you can see the two bus stops on the right) and as a result I had to brake hard and ended up being rear ended hard by a minibus in my tiny Chevy Spark. I keep thinking maybe I could have done something to prevent this from happening but everyone seems to think I was equally screwed from all angles regardless.
Thankfully everyone involved was ok, this was my first crash.. pretty traumatic experience!
Think it’s time to invest and get a camera for my back window. Anyway, would appreciate what y’all think..
