ANNOUNCEMENT All Streaming Questions here (NHL.TV, Sportsnet, NBC, ESPN, etc.... ) NO ILLEGAL STREAMS

The sub can be banned by reddit admins as other subs have been if we allow illegal streams. This isn't my decision, this is because of how reddit admins have banned other subs for being hubs of illegal streaming. I don't want the same here.

With the new season and the change to ESPN+, lets put all your posts about legal streams here.

Boston is on the verge of history. The magic number is 4 for most in a single season. Will they do it?

The national broadcasts especially ok ABC just suck. I hate the announcers and it really just make me want to turn the game of and listen to it on the radio

How have Minnesota and Edmonton not clinched? The best Calgary can do is 97 points and 42 wins. Wouldn’t those teams still be ahead of them?

Does the puck have to be dumped in over the red/center ice line for icing to be waved off?

My buddy & I got into a heated debate over whether the puck has to be crossed the red line/center ice line for it to be icing. Obviously the rule states that if the puck is dumped in behind the red line it is deemed icing, but his argument is that this is not always the case. He says sometimes the puck could be dumped in a foot behind the center ice line and the linesman won't call icing. I just think the game happens so fast that we can't really tell that they get the puck & stick over the line for icing even thought they do. I don't believe the refs would waive it off if they saw that the puck was dumped in behind the red line. I’m not saying it never happens, because I know it happens from time to time & they might make a mistake here & there, but I don't think refs give players leeway with dumping the puck especially in games where it could be crucial.

What do you guys think & what's your opinion on icings? Do you guys think there is a certain amount of leeway players get when it comes to icing? Or do you think the linesman just miss it from time to time?

Some custom logos I created of defunct and would-be teams (Quebec Bulldogs, Cleveland Barons, Kansas City Scouts, Philadelphia Quakers, Toronto St. Pats, and the Seattle Grunge [one of the proposed nicknames the Kraken would have had])

Discussion Carolina’s “Storm Surge”

Would be way cooler if the players skated a quick lap around the center logo like the spin of a storm system. I like the idea, I like rushing up the ice, but standing in a circle clapping is where they lost me. Just a thought.
